




Position Summary: HR Coordinator responsible for payroll, recruitment, training, personnel administration, and integration events at a footwear manufacturing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Direct reporting to the General Director We seek an HR Coordinator whose responsibilities include payroll preparation, payroll stamping and archiving, recruitment and selection of personnel, organizing online and in-person training sessions, cafeteria administration, coordinating soft integration activities, supporting 60 factory and office employees, organizing social events for staff, updating personnel files, managing the company's Facebook page, and providing employee support. Reports directly to the General Director. No direct reports; we are a footwear manufacturing plant in León, Gto., with a workforce of 80 employees. Working hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays are typically non-working days. Monthly salary ranges from MXN $16,000.00 to MXN $20,813.06.
