Support the Human Resources department of the law firm by managing personnel records, overseeing the recruitment process, and assisting employees to ensure sound organization and an appropriate work environment. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Posting job openings on employment platforms and social media * Conducting initial interviews and candidate follow-ups * Addressing employee inquiries related to HR matters * Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees * Monitoring administrative personnel procedures * Supporting workplace climate initiatives and internal communication * Assisting with compliance of internal policies and labor regulations **We are looking for a candidate who has:** * Strong verbal communication skills * Good organizational and task-follow-up abilities * Problem-solving skills * Basic knowledge of HR administrative processes * Experience handling personnel files and labor documentation * A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for growth * Excellent work environment * Ongoing training.
