Workplace climate management and team-building events At TRATE Logística, we are looking for a proactive individual available for the Human Resources position. Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break; one Saturday per month on duty. Proven experience in: * Recruitment and selection, including initial and in-depth interviews * Hiring and personnel file management * Basic knowledge of social security and the Federal Labor Law * Implementation of labor discipline and conflict management * Employee terminations and final settlements * Staff support regarding payroll, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT * Team-building events and workplace climate initiatives Completed bachelor’s degree; minimum 1 year of relevant experience We offer a base salary plus a monthly bonus of $3,000 for achieving vacancy coverage targets, subject to performance objectives.
