Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering or Architecture professional to evaluate, quantify, and manage construction contracts, with emphasis on unit price analysis and contractor monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive evaluation of proposals and unit prices 2. Contract management and contractor monitoring 3. Preparation of budgets and technical/economic comparisons **Responsibilities:** · Quote and compile packages for construction tenders · Conduct comprehensive, detailed evaluation of proposals (unit prices) · Prepare technical and economic comparisons · Quantify and compile budgets · Prepare and maintain contract control reports · Evaluate and monitor contractors · Monitor contract closure in coordination with construction control · Draft numerical closure minutes upon completion of works · Prepare and manage promissory note signatures · Construction processes **Requirements:** · Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree · Preferred experience in high-rise residential projects · Analysis and preparation of unit prices · Contractor valuation and evaluation · Numerical analysis and attention to detail · Organization and follow-up skills · Negotiation skills We do not discriminate based on ethnic origin, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, social status, marital status, or any other condition.
