




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and calculating payroll, managing payroll incidents, issuing payroll receipts, and monitoring employer-employee contributions, while supporting tax compliance and process improvement. Support in improving administrative and accounting processes. **Functions and ResponsibilitiesA. Payroll** * Prepare and calculate weekly/biweekly payroll for administrative and operational staff. * Calculate earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. * Monitor payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, commissions, bonuses). * Generate payroll receipts and ensure proper electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS. * Calculate employer-employee contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR). * Track INFONAVIT loans and related deductions. * Prepare payroll reports for the administrative department and management. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Support compilation of information for tax and labor compliance. * Monitor payroll-related payments. * Support improvement of administrative and accounting processes. **Knowledge Requirements** * Federal Labor Law * Social Security Law * Payroll and tax calculation * General accounting * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SAT systems * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll calculation and accounting records (preferred). * Preferred age range: 25 to 30 years old Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
