Develop robust solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem **ALTEN Mexico** is seeking a **Digital Transformation Specialist** to join a multidisciplinary team focused on **digitizing, automating, and optimizing administrative and technical processes** within the Microsoft 365 environment\. **Position Profile:** You will be part of a team responsible for **analyzing, designing, and implementing business digital solutions**, covering the entire process lifecycle—from requirements elicitation through to implementation and user adoption. You will be responsible for transforming processes currently managed in tools such as Excel, Access, or other non-integrated systems into **robust digital solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem**, using tools including Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms. **Responsibilities:** * Develop the master plan for digitizing administrative and technical processes. * Build solutions in Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate to automate critical processes (e.g., MOC, incidents, etc.). * Integrate solutions with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. * Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting in Microsoft Power BI to monitor key performance indicators. * Implement security, permissions, and auditability in accordance with corporate policies. * Conduct testing, adjustments, and deployment of solutions in the user environment. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience developing digital solutions** or automating processes. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform tools. * Development of solutions in Microsoft Power Apps and process automation in Microsoft Power Automate. * Experience managing document workflows and collaboration in Microsoft SharePoint. * Development of reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI. * Knowledge of business process analysis and requirements elicitation. * Data integration across multiple sources (Excel, databases, Microsoft 365 connectors). * Knowledge of security, permissions, and basic administration in Microsoft 365 (desirable). **Benefits** **We Offer** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15-day year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social Security
