Job Summary: We are seeking a Showroom Analyst for Finishes who has experience in architectural design, rendering, and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advising clients on space design and material selection 2. Developing design concepts and visual proposals 3. Creating architectural designs and budgets We are looking for an ANALYST for FINISHES SHOWROOM ATTENDANCE in Construction Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field ***Minimum one year of experience in:*** Architectural design (interiors, façades, wall layout, finishes) Generating renders, quantity take-offs, and budgets Store management Supervising store staff Preparing reports and tracking KPIs **Required Knowledge:** AutoCAD / Advanced 3D Lumion (Intermediate) 3D Max **Responsibilities:** Advising showroom visitors on space design Developing design concepts and presenting visual proposals Selecting materials and proposing decoration and finish options to clients Supervising store sales staff **We Offer:** Competitive salary Productivity bonus Statutory and additional benefits Uniforms Life insurance Professional development ***Interested candidates must apply through this channel with a PDF CV*** Salary: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
