Job Summary: A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Materials Handler to ensure timely supply and distribution of materials on-site, maintaining uninterrupted production. Support in internal logistics operational activities A prominent manufacturing-sector company dedicated to the development and production of industrial components and solutions for the automotive industry is currently seeking a **Materials Handler** to join its operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for material procurement, movement, and timely supply within the plant, ensuring continuity of production processes under safety and quality standards. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * Minimum experience in a similar role within warehouse, logistics, or material supply * Experience operating hydraulic pallet trucks and/or forklifts * Valid DC3 license for forklift operation, current through 2025 * Availability to work rotating shifts * Availability to work overtime during weekdays and Saturdays as required by operations * Commitment, responsibility, and strict adherence to safety regulations **Main Responsibilities** * Supplying and distributing materials to production lines * Moving and organizing materials within the warehouse and plant * Safe operation of hydraulic pallet trucks and forklifts * Physical inventory control and tracking of assigned stock * Compliance with internal safety and quality procedures * Support in operational activities related to internal logistics **Work Schedules** **First Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m. With overtime availability until 7:00 p.m. **Second Shift:** Monday to Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 6:50 a.m. With overtime availability from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. **Overtime:** Availability to work Saturdays on an extraordinary basis, paid in accordance with applicable law. **Compensation and Benefits** * Gross monthly salary of $12,700 * 12% productivity bonus * 15% food vouchers * 11% savings fund contribution * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Transportation allowance or employee shuttle service * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * 5 additional days off: Holy Thursday, Good Friday, December 12, December 24, December 31 If you meet the profile and are interested in a growth opportunity within a leading manufacturing company, apply through this channel.
