Join our great team as: **IMMEDIATE HIRING!** **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT / GENERAL HELPER / MATERIAL HANDLER** **Tultitlán** Responsibilities: * Loading and unloading trucks and containers. * Order preparation following proper storage practices. * Performing product handling maneuvers as directed by the supervisor, which may include: palletizing, cleaning, reconditioning, destruction, sorting, wrapping, unwrapping, loading, stacking, arranging, etc. * Performing general tasks within warehouse operations **Requirements:** \-Education: Valid academic certificate (e.g., primary or secondary school diploma or higher). \-Experience in similar positions. \-Both genders. \-Complete documentation. \-Residence near the workplace. **We Offer:** \- Net monthly salary: **$9,582\.47 paid biweekly.** Benefits exceeding legal requirements: \- Grocery vouchers: **($500\) (Monthly, disbursed on the 15th of each month, separate from salary).** **\-** Punctuality bonus: **($250\) (Monthly, disbursed on the 15th of each month, separate from salary).** **\-** Attendance bonus: **($250\) (Monthly, disbursed on the 15th of each month, separate from salary).** \- Bonus per truck/container loaded or unloaded: **$35\.00** additional to the salary already granted; all bonuses are paid biweekly; THERE IS NO CAP ON BONUS EARNINGS — all payments are based on actual performance. \- Overtime is paid promptly and accurately. \- Statutory benefits: (social security, year-end bonus, vacation, and vacation premium). \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
