




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage products, supplies, and raw materials; prepare reports; handle billing; and perform general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of material resources and storage areas. 2. Preparation of daily sales and finished products reports. 3. Billing and management of customers and suppliers. Heidi Products is a company dedicated to the production and marketing of homemade products. **Job Objective:** Manage the inflow and outflow of finished products, supplies, and raw materials. Prepare daily sales reports, issue invoices to suppliers and customers. Receive sales and payments for the sales department. Perform general administrative tasks. **Specific Duties:** 1\. Management of material resources (raw materials, supplies, etc.) 2\. Daily report on finished products. 3\. Management of storage areas. 4\. Receipt of sales from route sales representatives. 5\. Daily sales report. 6\. Customer management. 7\. Supplier reception. 8\. Supplier billing. 9\.
