The Accounts Payable Intern will support the AP Team. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices; ensures all necessary supporting documentation has been obtained and filed; and builds relationships with both internal employees and external vendors. Receive vendor invoices and execute the 3\-Way match for invoice entry for product receipt. Receive service invoices and obtain proper approval and documentation for invoice entry. Assist with other responsibilities as needed. * **Goals and Activities** **Depurate Generic Mailboxes:** Review on a daily basis the generic mailboxes and validate if new invoices were received from suppliers. **Correct Posting of Invoices:** Validate each document and post them to the system for payment to the vendor. **Items under Pending Action Status:** Review on a daily basis the items, complete the necessary action accordingly and release the invoice in Coupa. * **Technical knowledge in Accounting, intermediate English and Excel level required.** * **Important to have openness to learning, proactivity and good communication.** BE CAREFUL OF FRAUD: Legitimate job opportunities at Jabil can be found on our official website Jabil.com.
