Inventory Coordinator

Description

Inventory Coordinator responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing critical inventory at manufacturing plants and distribution centers, identifying risks such as low turnover, expirations, obsolescence, and slow-moving items, with the objective of reducing shrinkage and maximizing storage capacity. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze critical inventory and detect risks related to low turnover or expiration * Coordinate action plans with Sales, Planning, Quality, and Procurement departments * Ensure inventory reliability (physical vs. system) * Monitor key inventory performance indicators * Control product status (blocks, releases, shrinkage) * Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making * Ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO methodologies * Drive continuous improvement initiatives for inventory optimization **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain * Experience managing critical inventory * Proficiency in ERP or WMS systems (SAP preferred) * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of inventory metrics (turnover, Days on Hand [DOH], ABC analysis) * Willingness to work on-site at manufacturing plants **We Offer** * $24,000 gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * Professional development opportunities * Job stability Salary: $24,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What types of inventory have you managed? * Do you have experience in the food industry? * How far is Rafael Lara Grajales from your residence?
