Job Objective Support the analysis, measurement, and improvement of production processes through time and motion studies, line balancing, and efficiency control, aiming to optimize resources, increase productivity, and ensure achievement of production targets. Functions and Responsibilities * Conduct time and motion studies in garment manufacturing operations. * Develop and update production standards per operation. * Support production line balancing. * Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in production processes. * Monitor operator and line efficiencies. * Track daily production target achievement. * Prepare productivity, efficiency, and downtime reports. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and waste reduction initiatives. * Verify work methods and adherence to operational sequences. * Coordinate with production supervisors and team leads to implement improvements. * Support workload distribution to optimize resource utilization. * Record operational data in internal forms and systems. * Time and motion studies. * Production line balancing. * Textile garment manufacturing processes (preferred). * Production and efficiency indicators. * Use of stopwatch and time measurement. * Intermediate Excel (tables, formulas, and reports). * Basic continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing. * Interpretation of flowcharts and process diagrams. Desirable * Knowledge of garment machinery: overlock, straight-stitch, and coverstitch machines. * Basic experience with ERP systems or production software. * Familiarity with the 5S methodology.
