Leadership development and effective communication in a key role A nationally present company with 75 years of experience in agricultural product marketing is seeking a new team member: ***Operations Coordinator*** Job Responsibilities * Supervise physical inventory counts of products across multiple branches. * Conduct analysis comparing physical inventory versus book inventory. * Monitor product expiration dates to prevent spoilage. * Efficiently organize and expedite receipt of products arriving through ports. * Track handling expenses in accordance with budgets. * Identify and implement logistics mechanisms to reduce product costs. * Supervise equipment maintenance to ensure proper working condition. * Verify timely payments to freight carriers, suppliers, lessors, and handlers. * Maintain a preventive maintenance program. * Ensure no unsafe conditions exist, preventing injury to personnel and damage to assets. * Address government requirements related to regulatory compliance, including civil protection, COFEPRIS, STPS, and/or other applicable regulations. **Requirements** * Experience: minimum of 2 years * Willingness to travel frequently * Knowledge: Warehouse management, Logistics, branch maintenance, supply chain management * Competencies: Leadership, effective communication, organization, and time management **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Company vehicle * Continuous career growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
