Your primary mission will be to **plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance** for clamping technologies and devices in the Modules and Batteries Assembly Hall. This includes developing and executing the **annual maintenance plan**, ensuring resource optimization and minimization of downtime. **Your Key Responsibilities:** **Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:** Design, implement, and supervise **maintenance plans** for preventive and corrective maintenance of clamping technologies, handling equipment, and tooling in the Modules and Batteries Assembly Hall. **Operational Support:** Provide technical and logistical support during weekends to ensure proper execution of maintenance activities and guarantee reliable line startup on Mondays. **Spare Parts Management:** Calculate, manage, and ensure timely availability of spare parts and replacement equipment. Maintain optimal inventory levels for the Modules and Batteries Assembly Hall to ensure operational continuity. **Technical Support and Fault Resolution:** Provide specialized technical support for failures in clamping technologies and devices. Diagnose and execute repairs to efficiently restore productive equipment operation. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency, proposing and implementing innovative solutions. **Documentation and Traceability:** Keep technical documentation related to equipment and performed maintenance up to date.**Requirements** **What We Are Looking For in You:** **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. **Solid Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in **mechanical maintenance**, preferably in the automotive industry or high-complexity manufacturing. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of **Pneumatics and Mechanics**. Experience and familiarity with technical documentation in **KVS**. Ability to **interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams**. Practical experience with the maintenance module of **SAP**. **Soft Skills:** Analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
