We are looking for a highly detail\-oriented **Lab Data \& Research Assistant** to support our team. This is a highly structured, detail\-focused role where accuracy is critical. This role is essential in ensuring that all client laboratory data is accurately processed, standardized, and reliable for internal analysis. You will be responsible for organizing lab results, converting units, translating key information from reports originating in different countries (primarily English and Spanish), and performing thorough quality control to ensure the highest level of accuracy. In addition, you will conduct targeted research to support internal decision\-making. While this role does not involve direct client interaction, your work will directly impact the quality of care and insights we provide. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately process laboratory results into internal systems (LabChart) * Standardize units and ensure consistency across reports from different countries * Translate relevant lab information (English ↔ Spanish) * Resolve lab reports in other languages using available tools while ensuring accuracy * Perform quality control of processed data (including work completed by other team members) * Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing data, or unusual values * Maintain organized and structured lab records * Research on laboratory markers, nutrition, supplementation, and related topics * Collaborate with the team and proactively seek clarification when needed **What We’re Looking For** * Ability to accurately process and translate lab reports when needed * Ability to resolve reports in other languages using technology while ensuring accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail (non\-negotiable) * Highly organized and reliable * Strong research skills and curiosity * Ability to follow processes and ask questions when needed **Technical Requirements** * Strong familiarity with laboratory terminology (required) * Experience working with data (data entry, data processing, or similar) * Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools * Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Drive, and Asana * Reliable computer and workspace suitable for remote work * Stable and fast internet connection **Scope of the Role** **Responsible for:** * Accuracy and integrity of lab data * Proper unit conversions and data standardization * Clear and organized lab documentation * Raising questions when data is unclear or inconsistent * This role is process\-driven.
