Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage accident-damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate repairs while ensuring warranty compliance. Key Highlights: 1. An automotive group with over 30 years in the market invites you to join its team. **JOIN THE GEELY TEAM!** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or bachelor’s degree (automotive, mechanical, administration, or related field) * Minimum 1 year of experience in workshops, dealerships, or insurance companies (preferred) * Basic knowledge of spare parts and bodywork and painting repair processes **Responsibilities:** HyP Management * Receiving and attending customers with accident-damaged or aesthetically damaged vehicles. * Issuing service orders. * Preparing and tracking repair estimates. * Liaising with insurance companies for damage assessment. * Coordinating repairs and delivery timelines with workshops. * Uploading information to insurance portals. * Post-service follow-up and handling clarifications and complaints. Warranty Management * Verifying whether the issue falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. * Properly documenting the case (photos, diagnostics). * Processing authorization with the brand. * Ensuring repairs meet required standards. **Skills:** * Clear communication and customer interaction * Organization and follow-up * Negotiation (especially with insurance companies) * Attention to detail * Working under pressure **We Offer:** * Base salary + variable compensation (commissions) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Bodywork and painting at a dealership: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
