Preparation of severance settlements and final payments in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Job Description** A furniture-sector company is seeking a **Payroll Specialist** with extensive experience in **mass payroll processing**, responsible for preparing, controlling, and administering weekly and biweekly payroll while ensuring proper labor and tax compliance. **Responsibilities** * Preparation, review, and control of weekly and biweekly payroll for over **300 employees**. * Validation of attendance incidents, earnings, deductions, and special payments. * Direct employee support for payroll clarifications, severance settlements, and payments. * Calculation and application of **ISR (Income Tax), Payroll Tax, and other statutory contributions**. * Management of **employee onboarding, termination, and salary modifications with IMSS** (IDSE and SUA). * Preparation of **severance settlements and final payments in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT)**. * Vacation tracking, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo), and PTU (Profit Sharing) administration. * Compilation and safekeeping of payroll receipts and personnel files. * Preparation of administrative and tax reports. * Support during internal and external audits related to payroll. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Accounting * Minimum **5 years** as a Senior Payroll Analyst. * Mandatory experience in **mass payroll (300+ employees)**. * Experience managing payroll disbursement for construction projects * Experience working in **outsourcing or specialized service companies**. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Payroll systems: **NOI and COI**. * Proficiency in **SUA and IDSE**. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * PTU (Profit Sharing) calculation. * Multiple Informational Return (DIM). * Variable IMSS calculations. * Absence and incapacity management. * **Excel:** Intermediate–Advanced (formulas and pivot tables). **Competencies** * Working under pressure * Numerical analysis * Organization and sense of urgency * Results-oriented * Teamwork * Proactivity * Internal customer service * Decision-making * Continuous improvement **We Offer** * **Employment Contract:** Fixed-term / Indefinite-term (depending on project) * **Probation Period:** 1 to 3 months * **Statutory Benefits:** * Thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo): 15 days * Statutory vacation entitlement * Vacation bonus: 25% **Interested Candidates** Submit your **CV in PDF format** to joana.gonzalez@gcdi.com.mx Inquiries: **55 4800 4472** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site employment
