Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute projects, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and performance optimization. Strategic and corporate vision **PROJECT MANAGER** * Industrial Engineer, Project Management Engineer, Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects preferred. * English proficiency sufficient for technical and business conversations. **EXPERIENCE IN:** * Experience in construction work and mastery of construction processes. * Project administration methodologies. * Forecasting and analysis of project timelines, costs, and quality. * Risk and stakeholder management. * Serving as the primary communication point for all scheduled and planned project activities, ensuring team responsibilities and participation meet client requirements. * Project execution and application of reengineering strategies. * Strategic and corporate vision to maximize return on investment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, and executive reporting. * Project management certifications or diplomas (e.g., PMI, PMP, Google) are desirable. **COMPETENCIES:** * Communication * Leadership * Teamwork * Time Management * Problem Solving Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
