Our benefits package includes: * **Monthly Base Salary:** $45,000–$\* MXN (pre-tax), plus statutory benefits, 100% nominal, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location:** Hybrid model with office presence at Polanco offices (3 days/week). **What We’re Looking For** * 4–5 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Consultant, or Power Platform Engineer. * 2–3 years of experience in requirements management, information gathering, and stakeholder and business-user engagement. * Experience managing teams, software development, mentoring interns/trainees, and collaborating with vendors. * 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (complex flows, integrations, approvals), Power BI (data modeling, DAX, governance), Power Pages, etc. * 2–3 years of experience managing Power Platform governance: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, environments, containers, CoE Starter Kit monitoring, and license management. * 2–3 integrations built using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc., with Microsoft 365 and Azure services (Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs). * Experience interfacing with legacy ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.). * Experience developing with .NET, C\#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL; knowledge of DevOps practices (ALM for Power Platform). * Support for proof-of-concept development, project delivery, and digital product creation. * Valid certifications or courses: Microsoft Certified (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Developer Associate, Functional Consultant) or Azure (Solutions Architect, Developer Associate). * Highly desirable: Experience in Citizen Developer initiatives, Low-Code / No-Code development, and Digital Transformation. **Desired Education Level:** Higher Education (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * Power Platform, Power Apps * Power BI, .NET, JavaScript, Java * Power BI, Azure Functions, Git * SQL, REST API, Architecture, C * ALM, DevOps, Low-Code *This job posting originates from Talenteca.com’s job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a867386c00004f005d56fc\&source\=indeed*
