Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment LEADING COMPANY IN THE HARDWARE INDUSTRY IS SEEKING A **Technical Support Analyst** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience * Proficiency with various software applications * Knowledge of internal technical support and problem resolution * Experience with CCTV installation and configuration * Knowledge of cabling, punching, installation, etc. Responsibilities: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * Hardware and software-level computer repair * End-user technical support * Time clock configuration * CCTV monitoring and maintenance * Quoting and requesting fuel for equipment * Telephone system configuration We Offer: * Base salary of $13,000 monthly gross * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * 100% IMSS contributions * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM WORK LOCATION IS TLALNEPANTLA; PREFERRED THAT CANDIDATES DO NOT LIVE MORE THAN 1 HOUR AWAY Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
