Shift Leader Krispy Kreme Ecatepec Responsibilities: Acts as store leader in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsible for platform opening. Responsible for safeguarding the petty cash fund. Responsible for sales performance during their shift. Responsible for achieving the sales targets assigned to their shift. Responsible for verifying hygiene and cleanliness standards both inside and outside the store. Update daily inventory records. Ensure and guarantee follow-up on bank deposits. Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in preparing staff schedules. Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in placing raw material orders. Support implementation of scheduled promotions according to Krispy Kreme® strategic guidelines. Accurately check and document all merchandise received during their shift. Guarantee compliance with daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Responsible for applying appropriate security and verification procedures when handling financial deposits made through third parties (adhere to deposit policy). Share responsibility with the Manager and Assistant Manager for implementing security measures during opening and closing shifts. Monitor bread receipt and system documentation. Assist in executing action plans in response to monthly audits, jointly with the store supervisor. Co-responsible for audit results. Your Success Profile: Completed high school or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Minimum 6 months’ experience in restaurant, food retail, or related sectors. Availability to work rotating shifts.
