***PRIME POWER OMEGA, manufacturer of industrial batteries, is seeking: SERVICE TECHNICIAN*** **Job Objective:** Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repair, testing, and technical support for industrial lead-acid and lithium batteries and industrial chargers, ensuring safety, service quality, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or completed engineering degree in: electricity, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of: industrial batteries, chargers, or electric forklifts; use of electrical and mechanical tools; basic-to-intermediate Excel. * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in industrial maintenance or technical service. * Preferred: Intermediate/technical English (to interpret, implement, and/or translate). * Availability for fieldwork travel. * Availability for emergency response and extended working hours. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial batteries and chargers. * Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical failures in industrial power equipment. * Install and commission lead-acid, lithium, and industrial chargers. * Conduct voltage, density, capacity, and functional tests on equipment. * Prepare technical reports and field service documentation. * Provide on-site technical support and direct customer assistance. * Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE. * Coordinate with sales team for service scheduling. * Maintain tools and work equipment in optimal condition. * Support basic customer training on equipment operation and maintenance. **We Offer:** * Salary: 15,000.00 (MXN) – 17,000.00 (MXN) per month * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Death benefit assistance. * Savings Fund: 4%. * Thirteenth-month bonus: 30 days. * Grocery vouchers: 5%. * Life insurance. * Free cafeteria. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM **Remote Work in CDMX.** Plant Location: State Highway to Pesquería Km. 1, 66650, Pesquería, N.L.
