At **Oxford Consulting**, a strategic consulting firm with nationwide presence, we are looking for a commercially oriented **Operational Recruiter**, with high energy, results-driven focus, and strong persuasion skills, responsible for attracting, contacting, and following up with candidates for the hiring of **fiber optic installation technicians**.
