Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to track and coordinate units and shipments, manage accounts payable, and provide general warehouse support. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work environment **IMPORTANT:** This position requires **WILLINGNESS TO RELOCATE TO MONTERREY, N.L.** OPERATIONS ASSISTANT: **Main Responsibilities** * Deployment of domestic and local units. * Tracking of units in transit (similar duties to a monitoring operator). * Completion of forms and manifests. * Recording and management of accounts payable (AP). * Support in consolidated cargo loading. * Interaction with suppliers. * WAREHOUSE SUPPORT (LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS). * TRACKING AND COORDINATION OF SHIPMENTS. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Marital status: No preference. * Age: 25 to 35 years old. * Experience: Preferably in operations, logistics, or unit monitoring. * Basic computer skills. * Forklift operation experience (desirable). * **Mandatory willingness to relocate to Monterrey, N.L.** **We Offer** * SALARY: $13,000.00 MXN PER MONTH, NET. * Statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Collaborative work environment. * Office hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
