EDUCEM is currently seeking: Admissions Coordinator PROFILE FUNCTIONS:  Hiring of Staff (Promoters).  Training of Staff.  Supervision of Personnel.  Action Plans for Promotion.  Marketing Strategies.  Preparing Sales Forecasts.  Identifying and Selecting Additional Distribution and Sales Channels.  Researching, Suggesting, and Developing Promotional Plans.  Analyzing and Organizing Timing and Movement Across Sales Routes and Territories.  Market Analysis.  Fieldwork. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  Proficiency in school admissions processes and commercial techniques.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.  Knowledge of the national education system and its specific characteristics.  Ability to plan and execute enrollment strategies.  Proficiency in basic technological tools (educational CRM, spreadsheets, presentations).  Organization, leadership, and performance indicator tracking. REQUIREMENTS:  Age: 28 years or older.  Gender: Unrestricted.  Marital Status: Unrestricted.  Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree  Experience: 1 year in a similar position.
