(Training is conducted overseas) **Job Objective:** Provide personalized service to customers and external sales teams, manage orders and quotations, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales growth through technical and commercial advisory. Job Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, digital platforms, etc. * Prepare quotations and follow up until sale closure. * After-sales service. * Manage orders, verify product availability, and coordinate deliveries. * Resolve basic technical questions regarding industrial tools and equipment. * Maintain constant communication with external sales teams. * Prepare internal reports and track open orders. * Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with internal policies.
