We seek talent with analytical vision, an operational focus, and a results-oriented mindset to join our team and contribute to strengthening our internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions. * Monitor key performance indicators and objective achievement. * Supervise daily advisor follow-up via radar, ensuring 100% customer contact. * Monitor and record Marsh and insurance alerts, ensuring same-day response and follow-up. * Implement standardized processes to optimize productivity and operational efficiency. * Maintain effective communication across various organizational departments to ensure goal attainment. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Analytical capability and commitment to continuous improvement. * Experience in leadership and team follow-up. * Organizational, communication, and pressure-management skills. * Proficiency in KPI management and data analysis. **We Offer** * Monthly base salary of **$12,000**. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training. * Opportunity for growth and professional development within a solid and expanding automotive group.
