We are looking for a **RECRUITER**. **WE OFFER** Free daily meals Weekly payment every Friday Growth Opportunity 100% statutory benefits from Day One **RESPONSIBILITIES** 80% Recruitment 20% Administrative Candidate attraction Management of diverse recruitment sources Conducting initial screening interviews and competency-based interviews Participation in job fairs and other specific recruitment and selection activities. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 1-hour lunch break One Saturday per month on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **REQUIREMENTS** Proactive Solution-oriented Responsible Strong verbal communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
