Mexico Job Requirements Education: University-level studies without degree Experience: Prior experience in Industrial Engineering – Processes Prepare ingredients according to fermentation requirements specified in the production schedule. Continuously monitor compliance with productivity, quality, and material yield standards in the area during your shift. Ensure appropriate cleanliness, order, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in your area. Prepare equipment for operation according to departmental guidelines (cleaning, parameters, releases). Operate equipment and record required data to meet production schedules, adhering to equipment operating guidelines. Perform assigned preventive maintenance routines at your workstation to maintain machinery in optimal operating condition. Report equipment failures to Maintenance and your immediate supervisor. Ensure required operational resources are available and verified as correct per the production order prior to starting preparation. Timely and reliable completion of applicable area records for operation control and measurement. Implement necessary adjustments in case of deviations to ensure product quality. Participate in and encourage colleagues to identify improvement opportunities within the area. Collaborate in general activities requiring your involvement beyond equipment operation. Assume shift handover in your work area 10 minutes before your shift begins. Participate autonomously, creatively, and responsibly in executing actions to ensure proper operational performance. Fully participate in the development, review, updating, and execution of work instructions, operational manuals, and work procedures. Participate in process improvement systems through departmental meetings and training sessions outside regular working hours.
