Job Summary: This role focuses on performing route reconciliations, collecting item information, recording inventory, and analyzing fuel efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform route reconciliations and verify inventory consistency. 2. Identify and resolve incidents related to items with waybills. 3. Analyze fuel efficiency and monitor fuel loading. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Perform TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations, verifying that all routes entering/leaving the manifest reflect the same quantity of items entering/exiting. 2\. Collect information regarding discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 route reconciliations. Identify each waybill with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of that item. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel efficiency for TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading. 5\. Report reconciliation results for TR1, TR2, and fuel efficiency audits to the Supervisor.
