




Position Summary: This role focuses on managing service reports, reporting on shipments, making outbound calls to customers, and coordinating logistics to ensure satisfactory customer service and efficient support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages service reports and customer requests. 2. Evaluates and manages customer service, support, and attention. 3. Coordinates shipments and logistics for deliveries and returns. * **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Timely and properly handle assigned Service Reports by reviewing each Service Report daily to address the customer’s request using management tools to deliver a satisfactory response to the request. Report on services entering Shipment Control by reviewing daily shipment scans, supported by visit and control label information, via the CRM\-SOLUCIONA shipment management system, to evaluate and manage customer service, support, and attention. Providing feedback to operations regarding process deviations. Execute outbound customer calls for shipments entered into Shipment Control in a timely and proper manner, through the daily coordination process for shipments and customer calls, to evaluate and manage customer service, support, and attention. Providing feedback to operations regarding process deviations. Generate delivery/return records for shipments requiring them, by tracking shipment incidents according to operational cycle procedures, to promptly notify and coordinate shipments. Reconcile daily and physically the delivery and return manifests for local routes, by tracking the reconciliation tool daily, to validate compliance with delivery processes.
