Analyze inventory levels and supervise processes **Warehouse Manager** **Location:** Circuito Madrigal, 2000, Colinas de San Javier, Zapopan, Jalisco **Salary:** $20,520 monthly gross **Schedule:** Mon\-Fri from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm and Sat from 09:00 am to 14:00 pm **Job Objective** Ensure proper operation of the food and beverage warehouse through planning, organization, and inventory control, guaranteeing timely supply, appropriate product rotation, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Direct, coordinate, and supervise warehouse staff * Organize and supervise goods receipt * Control storage and handling of inventories * Plan orders and coordinate goods delivery * Maintain constant communication with other departments * Conduct periodic inventories * Manage perishable products using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method * Analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock * Supervise order, cleanliness, and process compliance in the warehouse * Record entries and exits in the system * Prepare operational and control reports **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, administration, or related field) * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in a similar position * Experience managing staff * Knowledge of inventory and warehouse control * FIFO method expertise * Proficiency in Excel or inventory systems (RP and SAM) * Organizational, leadership, and communication skills **We Offer** * Weekly payment * Free cafeteria * 13% savings fund * 15% grocery vouchers * Paid birthday leave * Life insurance and more..
