




Job Summary: Human Resources Analyst responsible for verifying attendance records, managing uniforms, coordinating with employer obligations, and advising staff. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of employee attendance and uniforms in SAP. 2. Coordination with Employer Obligations to prevent penalties. 3. Advisory services regarding the Internal Work Regulations. Verify daily employee attendance records, consolidating and maintaining updated information in SAP so that all generated incidents are reflected in employee payments and deductions. 2. Consolidate and update employee uniform sizes, submit requisitions to the General Warehouse, and enter reservations into SAP to comply with the collective agreement on semiannual uniform and PPE deliveries. 3. Coordinate with the Employer Obligations department to analyze IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT requirements by searching for clarifying documents, facilitating their cancellation and preventing penalties or incorrect payments. 4. Verify supplementary deductions and payments with the Corporate Payroll Department, tracking such requests from entities including FONACOT and INFONAVIT to ensure timely processing in the immediately following biweekly payroll cycle. 5.
