Training, continuous learning, and professional development A company in the baking and food industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, ensure process compliance, and strengthen talent management across all branches. We seek a candidate with experience, leadership skills, and a human-centered approach—capable of maintaining organization, motivation, and compliance within every team. Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff training processes. Supervise attendance control, incident management, and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with labor obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, etc.). Implement HR policies and procedures across all branches. Promote a positive work environment and internal communication. Support General Management in personnel performance planning and evaluation, as well as training programs. Manage departmental documentation and files in an orderly and confidential manner. Report results and propose improvements to General Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration General HR experience Team leadership experience Strategic experience Desirable Experience Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. Experience in HR department development, reorganization, or expansion. Leadership experience managing teams of people—or more—even across multiple branches.
