Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead teams in the food sector, ensuring timely delivery of projects that improve operations and develop new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams to achieve project objectives in the food sector. 2. Manage the conceptualization, design, and implementation of projects. 3. Develop business plans and conduct feasibility studies. **Food Sector Company.** Ensure timely delivery of projects contributing to operational improvement, development of new business opportunities, and maintenance of high quality standards. The Project Manager must adopt a cost-benefit approach and be capable of leading teams toward the finish line to achieve objectives across 4 rice mills and 2 cracker plants. Mechanical, civil, electrical, or industrial engineering degree; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. 8 years of experience in a similar position. **Experience and Knowledge:** * Manage conceptualization and presentation of projects requested by management. * Obtain, evaluate, and present relevant information (technical, operational, financial, legal, market-related, etc.) for designing approved projects. * Knowledge of developing project Business Plans, considering technical, operational, and economic objectives. * Project development, implementation, and execution. * Knowledge of managing municipal, state, and federal procedures. * Highly skilled technical knowledge for implementing new technologies. * Ability to lead diverse expansion projects and execution of new production lines. **Responsibilities** * Develop Capex (budget for all investment projects). * Conduct project feasibility studies. * Perform market studies and conceptual engineering based on project scope. * Develop detailed engineering and concept catalogs across disciplines: electrical, mechanical, civil, automation, and process. * Conduct tenders and bidding processes; develop specialized suppliers. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and engineering standards.
