




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the home-based collection department with negotiation skills and the ability to generate payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Home-based collection Client negotiation Generation and follow-up of payment commitments Requirements: Completed high school education (preferred). Own motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). Experience in early-stage or written-off account recovery (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000. We Offer: Bi-weekly base salary Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 for the first 6 months (in addition to your commissions). Monthly training bonus of $1,200 (for the first 2 months). Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 is contingent upon performance).
