Your work will help our members access credit and financial services enabling them to invest, grow, and improve their quality of life—always with close, fair, and transparent treatment. · Key Responsibilities: Promote specialized financial products for the agricultural and livestock sector. Enroll new members, focusing on producers, farmers, and rural entrepreneurs. Provide personalized financial and technical advisory services, building trust-based relationships. Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement, savings acquisition, and portfolio recovery. Conduct field visits for follow-up and support of agricultural and livestock members. Drive cross-selling of cooperative services. · Essential Requirements: Agricultural Engineer / Rural Development or related field — Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or high school diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience serving the agricultural and livestock sector, financial promotion, or field sales. Knowledge of rural productive activities.
