Job Responsibilities:\*\* * Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, marketing, R\+D) to define product concepts, specifications, and launch plans. * Manage and monitor timelines and budgets for new product development projects. * Conduct concept testing, prototyping, and product validation to ensure technical and commercial viability. * Coordinate required technical and regulatory documentation for new product launches. * Participate in post\-launch product evaluations and propose continuous improvements. * Present periodic project progress reports to management. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout all stages of product development.
