Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** Job Summary:\*\* The New Product Development Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing the full product development lifecycle—from conception to launch—ensuring alignment with business strategy and market needs for Silices De Veracruz, S.A. DE C.V. Job Responsibilities:\*\* * Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, marketing, R\+D) to define product concepts, specifications, and launch plans. * Manage and monitor timelines and budgets for new product development projects. * Conduct concept testing, prototyping, and product validation to ensure technical and commercial viability. * Coordinate required technical and regulatory documentation for new product launches. * Participate in post\-launch product evaluations and propose continuous improvements. * Present periodic project progress reports to management. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout all stages of product development.
