REQUIREMENTS: -Education: Completed high school (verifiable). -1 year of verifiable experience in sales or customer service, preferably in intangible or financial services: loans, investment funds, payroll portability, Afores, etc. -Customer service orientation -Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to rotate shifts -Strong verbal communication skills -Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with mid-week rest days. -Gender: No preference MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: *Provide customer service at bank branches and promote various products including savings accounts, investment accounts, Afores, payroll portability, cash loans, and insurance to establish long-term relationships. *Promote cross-selling. *Ensure correct implementation and execution of acquisition, insurance, Afore, and payroll strategies. *Promote products outside the point of sale. *Telemarketing prospecting *Sales floor outreach WHAT WE OFFER: -Base weekly salary of $2,000 + Bonuses + Commissions -Uniforms -Statutory and above-statutory benefits -Discounts at Grupo Salinas companies -Direct employment contract with the company.
