Job Summary: We are seeking an expert Engineer in Maintenance and Facilities Management with strategic vision and a focus on continuous improvement to ensure operational continuity across our facilities. If you are an Engineer with strategic vision, a focus on continuous improvement, and strong negotiation skills, we want you on our team! **Your key challenges:** * **Ticket and Priority Management:** Plan and issue maintenance tickets via App, defining scope, resources, and urgency. * **Multi-site Supervision:** Coordinate cleaning, fumigation, waste management, and preventive/corrective maintenance vendors across multiple locations. * **Operational Efficiency:** Analyze cleaning and service routines to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with quality standards. * **Critical Asset Management:** Ensure the operation of key equipment: conveyors (mechanized), ramps, HVAC systems, emergency power plants, and loading equipment (stackers/palletizers). * **Financial Control:** Ensure adherence to the **Opex and Capex** plan, managing budget variances. * **Safety Culture (SHE):** Guarantee that every activity complies with safety requirements and proper use of PPE. * **Dashboards and Reporting:** Keep Availability and SLA KPIs up to date, reporting progress and areas for improvement to stakeholders. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** coordinating maintenance in industrial warehouses or multi-site facilities. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Electromechanical, plumbing, and finishing systems. * Management of specialized equipment (conveyors, minidocks, racks, etc.). * **Data Management:** Proficiency in maintenance KPIs and quality tools (**Kaizen, Pareto, Cause\-Effect**). * **Software:** SAP or maintenance management software (CMMS) experience is desirable. * **Skills:** Strong sense of urgency, vendor negotiation, and leadership of external personnel/technicians. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel (air and ground) for site supervision. **Why join us?** * Opportunity to lead large-scale projects in a dynamic environment. * Culture of continuous improvement and autonomy in decision-making. * A professional ecosystem that values innovation and operational efficiency. **Ready for the challenge?** If you want to be a key player in Latin America’s logistics revolution, **apply now!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $48,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Referral program * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Work Location: On-site
