Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise accounting records, manage tax filings, and improve processes while leading a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and personnel management 2. Accounting supervision and tax filing 3. Continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting * 3 years of experience in general and tax accounting * Age: 22 to 40 years old * 1 year of experience leading work teams * Knowledge of Mexican Tax Regimes KNOWLEDGE * Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) * Income Tax Law (ISR), Value Added Tax Law (IVA), and other Mexican tax laws * Electronic accounting * Federal Tax Code * Accounting systems (CONTPAQI, ASPEL, SAP) * Excel proficiency PRIMARY FUNCTIONS * Supervise monthly accounting entries * Monthly, annual, and provisional tax filings (ISR, IVA, DIOT) * Financial statements * Administrative and control support activities * Manage and develop the team under supervision * Process improvements and recommendations for accounting and financial processes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $13,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
