Directs human resources to enhance employee well-being and productivity An industrial refrigeration services company is seeking an Administrative Manager, who will, among other responsibilities, perform the following duties: * Manage the company's administrative processes. * Manage the company's human resources processes. * Manage the company's treasury and accounting processes. * Manage the company's treasury and accounting processes IV. * Manage the company's procurement processes. * Monitor strategic planning and performance indicators to achieve corporate profitability. * Administer, control, and monitor ERP and auxiliary systems implementation. * Direct the company's human resources to enhance employee well-being and productivity. * Ensure organizational culture is lived and practiced. Education Level: Completed Bachelor's degree Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Profile: Leader, self-directed, proactive, honest, analytical, stress-tolerant, conciliatory, empathetic, persevering, organized, common-sense oriented.
