




Position Summary: This Warehouse Manager position involves supporting logistics operations, receiving, storing, and shipping inventory, contributing to overall operational efficiency. Collaborates with management teams to ensure efficient and secure deliveries. **Position Description and Mission** Serving as Warehouse Manager entails supporting logistics and warehouse operations, including tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping inventory according to the commercial requirements of each business unit. As Warehouse Manager, you will contribute to logistical efficiency and timely inventory availability for branches and customers; you will manage physical warehouses using virtual warehouses assigned by the Accounting and Audit Department; and you will help maintain them orderly, complete, and in appropriate condition. **Duties and Responsibilities** 1. Receive, inspect, unload, verify quantities, and visually assess the quality of all incoming products, then record these receipts in your inventory logs. 2. Place each delivery in its designated virtual warehouse and maintain optimal order, cleanliness, and labeling for each warehouse. 3. Select corresponding products, prepare orders and shipments for branches, franchisee customers, and distributors using best practices for orderliness, cleanliness, and timely inventory maintenance. 4. Manage and coordinate drivers and delivery personnel to achieve the most logistically and strategically convenient deliveries and product pickups from the plant. 5. Operate pallet jacks to move pallets and physically arrange boxes and other supplies within the warehouse so that your warehouses remain consistently ready, organized, and well-managed, with all administrative information properly recorded in inventory and internal control systems. 6. Keep all inventory records up-to-date by documenting storage levels, discrepancies (if any), and submitting reports to the Accounting and Audit Department for necessary adjustments. 7. Anticipate demand by utilizing minimum, maximum, and reorder point systems across all building warehouses. 8. Play a key role in ensuring product and service quality by accurately managing incoming stock and organizing it according to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system. 9. Assist in maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness and order by following the established cleaning program. 10. Contribute to food safety assurance by continuously monitoring the pest control plan in areas under your responsibility. 11. Collaborate with Commercial Management, Branch Management, and Administrative Management to ensure deliveries are made on time, correctly, efficiently, and safely. 12. Follow and help ensure those around you act safely, preventing any incidents that could endanger everyone’s safety or the warehouses’ integrity. 13. Support effective administrative audit assurance conducted at each month-end closing and deliver reports requested by the Accounting and Audit Department. **Requirements** · Physical ability to operate warehouse equipment and manually handle boxes and packages weighing between 2 kg and 20 kg each, as well as load and unload similarly weighted boxes. · Attention to detail and accuracy in counting, controlling, inspecting, packing, and managing inventories. · Advanced oral and written communication skills to interact objectively with all parties involved in your functions without any difficulties. · Ability to meet daily delivery schedules and deadlines without diverting attention from or delaying your administrative duties, such as entering data into your inventory control system and ERP. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at an intermediate level or higher. · Knowledge of industrial safety, quality, and food safety assurance protocols. **Competencies, in order of importance:** · Warehouse and inventory operations. · Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control systems. · Physical ability to lift and move boxes and warehouse-specific products. · Collaboration and teamwork. · Knowledge of industrial safety. · Knowledge of food safety and hygiene. · Effective communication skills for precise and objective interaction with all stakeholders involved in your responsibilities.
