Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** The Continuous Improvement Facilitator is responsible for **leading and implementing continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects and events**, using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with the objective of **optimizing resources, reducing costs, and improving plant operational performance**. Their role directly impacts **key metrics such as yields, capacities, and productivity**, while also ensuring the **sustainability of improvements** through action plan tracking and promotion of a **Lean, 5S, and safety culture** across the entire organization. They act as an **agent of change**, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing staff capabilities, and ensuring effective execution of initiatives aligned with business objectives (AOP). **Your Impact** As a **Continuous Improvement Facilitator**, you will be responsible for: * Leading and executing **Kaizen events** to improve processes, reduce waste, and optimize resources. * Applying the **Lean Six Sigma methodology** to meet operational metrics defined in the AOP. * Designing, implementing, and tracking **action plans** derived from improvement events. * Coordinating cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality, etc.) on continuous improvement initiatives. * Training and coaching operational staff and facilitators on Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools. * Ensuring **standardization and sustainability** of implemented process improvements. * Monitoring and managing **project documentation and performance metrics**. * Generating and securing **savings (hard savings and cost avoidance)** through Lean initiatives. * Driving and sustaining the **5S and safety (SIGLOSS) culture** through audits and action plan follow-up. * Participating in **environmental management (SGA)** and quality systems. * Promoting the **Lean Sigma culture** across the organization. * Ensuring compliance with **quality and food safety standards** in production processes. Qualifications: #### **Who Are We Looking For?** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within manufacturing or continuous improvement. * Practical experience and theoretical knowledge in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM. * Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, etc.). * Knowledge of operational metrics (KPIs) and process improvement. * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
