Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** The Continuous Improvement Facilitator is responsible for **leading and implementing continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects and events**, using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with the objective of **optimizing resources, reducing costs, and improving plant operational performance**. Qualifications: #### **Who Are We Looking For?** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within manufacturing or continuous improvement. * Practical experience and theoretical knowledge in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM. * Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, etc.). * Knowledge of operational metrics (KPIs) and process improvement. * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
