A company specializing in maintenance and waterproofing services is seeking a **Team / Operations Coordinator**, responsible for administrative and operational supervision of personnel, incident management, overtime tracking, payroll oversight, and service coordination.
We seek an organized individual with leadership skills and experience coordinating operational staff, capable of maintaining consistent communication with teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely execution of activities and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordination and monitoring of operational teams.
* Management of payroll, attendance, and overtime incidents.
* Administrative follow-up on services and projects.
* Preparation of reports, controls, work plans, and logs.
* Continuous communication with operational staff and supervisors.
* Control and monitoring of operational expenses.
* Handling and follow-up on client requests.
* Scheduling and monitoring of activities.
* Excel report generation.
* Logistical and administrative coordination of services.
Educational Requirements
* Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree:
* Industrial Engineering
* Civil Engineering
* Business Administration
* Architecture
* Or related field.
Experience
* Minimum 3 years coordinating operational staff or teams.
* Experience in administrative and operational control.
* Handling of payroll and overtime incidents.
* Preferred experience in maintenance, construction, or waterproofing.
Knowledge
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
* Payroll and incident control.
* Report and log preparation.
