Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage budgets, analyze operational costs and quotations, and support financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Cost analysis and budget control. 2. Preparation of profitable operational quotations. 3. Financial support for sales and monthly closings. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc. * Preparation and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement). * Experience in **budget control and cost analysis**. * Preparation of **operational quotations**. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Willingness to commute to the work location. * Class A driver’s license (desirable) **Responsibilities** * Calculate and analyze **operational costs** per service, client, and operation. * Manage **cost centers** and profitability margins. * Prepare and monitor **monthly budgets and forecasts**. * Develop **profitable quotations** and provide financial support to sales. * Analyze cost variances, productivity, and overtime hours. * Support monthly closings and financial reporting. * Generate basic cost and margin reports and dashboards. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary from $18,000 to $24,000.** * Statutory benefits from day one: * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot * 15-day Christmas bonus * Vacation premium * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Subsidized cafeteria. * Transportation (Av. de la Luz, Cerrito Colorado, Sombrerete, Pie de la Cuesta, Juriquilla). * Working hours: **Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, and **2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **Please apply only if you agree with the stated working schedule and gross salary offered.** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company car * Transportation assistance or service * Free beverages * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
