DE C.V., we are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** with experience in Payroll and Recruitment—organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Ensure the accurate execution of recruitment and payroll administration processes, guaranteeing timely coverage of vacancies, precise and punctual payment to staff, and compliance with current labor regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Execute the full recruitment and selection process (posting, interviews, follow-up, and hiring). * Coordinate with requesting departments to define job profiles and fill vacancies. * Collect and validate payroll incidents (absences, overtime, medical leaves, vacations). * Process and/or follow up on weekly payroll calculations. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. * Compile and safeguard personnel files. * Calculate severance payments in accordance with the law. * Address payroll clarifications and staff inquiries. * Prepare recruitment and personnel movement reports.
