Supervises operations and ensures regulatory compliance **TRAXIÓN GROUP IS SEEKING** **OPERATIONS MANAGER (PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR)** **Location:** Huehuetoca, State of Mexico **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (**degree certificate and professional license mandatory**) * Minimum **4 years** of experience as Operations Manager in pharmaceutical distribution centers (3PL, 4PL) **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and update SOPs related to **Receipt, Storage, Picking, and Shipping** of healthcare supplies, ensuring regulatory compliance * Attend internal and external audits, providing timely resolution of findings * Identify operational process improvement opportunities, strengthening controls and customer confidence * Support extraordinary activities as required by operational needs * Manage human and material resources, assigning shifts and workloads * Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs through report tracking * Supervise operations (receiving, storage, and picking), ensuring regulatory compliance and fulfillment of client requirements **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: **$70,000 to $80,000** * 100% IMSS registration * Statutory benefits * 4% food vouchers * 4% savings fund * Life insurance * SGMM (Major Medical Expenses Insurance) * 30-day bonus * Gasoline allowance: **$2,000 monthly** **Apply now and join TRAXIÓN GROUP** If you meet the profile, please submit your CV and become part of a leading team in the pharmaceutical sector.
