Job Summary: Promote products on the sales floor, deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maximize motorcycle sales. 2. Identify new customers and conduct continuous prospecting. 3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, promotions, and product information. **Job Objective** Promote our products on the sales floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and exceed our customers’ expectations. **Main Responsibilities** * Update pricing and promotions for our products. * Responsible for cleaning and displaying motorcycles. * Know and stay updated on product features and current promotions. * Prepare quotations and invite customers to purchase on credit. * Maximize motorcycle sales. * Seek new customers outside the sales location (e.g., events and promotions). * Update the daily customer prospecting report. **Ideal Candidate Profile** **Experience: 1 year in sales and customer service.** **Skills:** Customer service, sales, customer prospecting, negotiation techniques, effective communication, identification of customer needs, persuasive ability, empathy, and teamwork. **Value Proposition** * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: Schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off.
